Leads the end-to-end sales and retention function across multiple growth markets, countries, channels, and outsourced partners. Develops sales strategy, drives conversion and customer lifetime value, manages BPO relationships, ensures regulatory compliance and customer-focused outcomes, and builds high-performing sales leadership teams. The role owns commercial performance, operational scalability, continuous improvement, and sustainable international growth.
