Coordinate and improve the Technology Risk & Control Framework across Product and Technology teams. Manage risk taxonomies, control libraries, audit coordination, evidence repositories, vendor risk assessments, DORA and operational resilience embedding, and governance reporting to senior stakeholders to strengthen control effectiveness and regulatory readiness.

Support delivery of machine learning and AI projects, develop and maintain models, translate data into business value across pricing, marketing and operations, and collaborate with teammates while learning from senior colleagues.

Lead regional financial performance for EU Growth Markets, owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning. Provide commercial insight, drive revenue and margin improvement, ensure governance and compliance across jurisdictions, oversee statutory and audit requirements, develop multi‑country finance teams, and champion finance transformation and process standardisation.
