Teams at Domestic & General

Leads a team of 10 BI and reporting professionals while transforming and simplifying reporting across UK and EU businesses. Oversees report rationalisation, reporting hubs, reusable assets, governed datasets, KPI frameworks, and self-service capabilities. Partners with Operations, Data, Technology, and senior stakeholders to maintain critical reporting, improve adoption, and deliver strategic change. This is a fixed-term maternity-leave contract with hybrid working from Wimbledon or Nottingham.

Lead the design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of leadership development programmes, coaching, mentoring, and team-effectiveness initiatives. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs, recommend practical interventions, manage multiple projects, evaluate outcomes using data and feedback, and contribute expertise to wider talent, leadership, and inclusivity initiatives.

Lead complex financial crime transformation workstreams across jurisdictions and business functions. Responsibilities include planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory alignment, requirements definition, workshop facilitation, dependency management, and delivery execution across KYC, screening, governance, operating model, claims, payment controls, and transaction monitoring initiatives.
