Serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, design Azure networking solutions, modernize and automate network services, implement monitoring and Infrastructure as Code, and collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams. Mentor engineers and support resilient production environments.

Partner with senior leaders across corporate functions to design and deliver people strategies. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, performance and talent processes. Use people data to inform decisions, coach leaders, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and collaborate with specialist People teams to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
