Second-line subject matter expert for financial crime risk and compliance. Maintain AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, bribery/corruption, and tax-evasion frameworks; provide oversight, control testing, MI reporting, sanctions screening monitoring, advisory support to first-line teams, and liaison with legal, operations, tech, regulators, and law enforcement.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure web services across the full SDLC. Mentor engineers, champion best practices, build CI/CD and IaC, support live services, investigate incidents, and ensure accessibility, performance, and data protection.
