Lead UK market subject matter expert on customer vulnerability, embedding vulnerability considerations across journeys, controls and reporting to ensure FCA Consumer Duty compliance. Influence senior stakeholders, drive change, design training, monitor regulatory developments, and improve customer outcomes through insight and governance.

Provide independent assurance across operational processes and change programmes by validating controls, performing scenario-based testing, reviewing implementations and early life support, identifying risks, and producing clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
