Conduct outcome testing across customer interactions and journeys, identifying customer, regulatory, and commercial risks. Analyze information and trends, produce clear reports for senior stakeholders, escalate concerns, and provide recommendations that improve customer and business outcomes. The role also supports continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory compliance, including FCA Consumer Outcomes, FCA Handbook requirements, and data protection principles.

Partner with senior leaders across corporate functions to design and deliver people strategies. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, performance and talent processes. Use people data to inform decisions, coach leaders, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and collaborate with specialist People teams to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

Coordinate purchasing, supplier, contract, technology procurement, and travel administration. Maintain accurate records, monitor renewals and exceptions, provide process guidance, produce spend and supplier reporting, resolve stakeholder and supplier queries, and identify improvements that strengthen compliance, controls, and service delivery.
