We’re looking for a talented Media Administration Senior Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Tesco Media Administration team, this role will lead and develop a high‑performing team of Media Admin Assistants, owning the end‑to‑end campaign booking and financial administration process across various platforms. By driving operational excellence, standardised ways of working and on‑time, accurate revenue and billing delivery, this role is critical to ensuring Tesco Media can scale efficiently, deliver against revenue targets, and maintain strong financial governance as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be working on

Operational leadership

  • Own day‑to‑day workflow, ensuring accurate campaign bookings, pipeline build and billing.
  • Embed standardised ways of working and scale best practice, including automation opportunities.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across our internal tools and Salesforce.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including revenue delivery, billing timeliness and accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with Tesco Media policies, financial controls and audits.

People management

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Media Admin Assistants.
  • Build a collaborative, high‑performing team aligned to Tesco Media values.
  • Support hiring, onboarding and training to maintain consistent standards.
  • Partner with the Group Head on resourcing and prioritisation.
  • Manage day‑to‑day support and escalations, resolving issues quickly and clearly.

Cross‑functional collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Media Client Services and Finance across campaign and billing delivery.
  • Own credit and rebills, ensuring accurate revenue recognition at month end.
  • Support system and process change through testing, training and change management.

What we expect from you:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a small team, with a focus on coaching and performance management.
  • Proven experience in media operations, campaign administration or commercial support within a media or retail media environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of campaign booking systems and workflow tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/financial systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly around data accuracy and process optimisation.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
