Measurement Manager

  • Responsible for designing and implementing media campaign measurement including Brand Lift Studies, A/B Testing & Matched Market Testing
  • You will deliver actionable insights that inform future campaigns and show the clients how to improve effectiveness
  • You will design and implement robust experiments with a view to increase campaign performance
  • Collaborate proactively with the clients and wider client team and other teams to implement measurement & analytics.
  • Collate and present incrementality results from media vendors to clients.
  • Evaluate the statistical robustness of measurement solutions and iterate on them as needed to optimise performance and feasibility
  • Deliver "best in class" analytical capabilities across the wider Measurement team, including the use of new methods, techniques, tools and systems.
  • Be conversant with the basics of AI and its integration into measurement methodologies, including leveraging AI-driven tools for predictive modeling, optimisation, and insights generation.
  • Conduct target setting and benchmarking for future campaign performance based on historical trends and drivers of performance beyond marketing levers.

Skills and Experience

  • You will be highly numerate: able to confidently interpret data and apply statistical tests to draw robust conclusions. Holding an advanced degree(s) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Physical Science or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of applying measurement to media campaigns and the statistical robustness of approaches (Brand Lift, Attention, Geo Tests)
  • Experience in analytics, research or a related field
  • Well developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong understanding of statistics including hypothesis testing, descriptive statistics and distribution theory
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to follow and give guidance as part of a cross-functional team, using project management tools such as Jira/Trello
  • Demonstrable experience at presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner
  • Experience in training, mentorship and/or management, ability to display empathy in difficult situations and lead by example
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL/dbt along with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and visualization
