Partner with the best

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt you will drive business critical initiatives across functions and project teams. You will be required to demonstrate expertise in all technical aspects of Six Sigma methodology.

Selected candidates will be assigned to one of the following projects:

  • Customer experience (Lean Problem solving framework and Customer documentation finalization)
  • Defects (Management of Changes: ECR)
  • Defects (NCR/NCM/CCM)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects

Leading a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects and programs. This shall include working with executives and stakeholders to determine goals, analyzing data, and developing projects to improve organizational practices. 

  • Coaching and training

Coaching and developing Green Belts to execute Lean Six Sigma projects. This shall include delivering classroom training in basic and advanced Lean and Six Sigma concepts. 

  • Mentoring

Mentoring Black Belts, Green Belts through certification. This may include providing technical guidance and support, independent reviews for Black Belt certifications, and feedback during dry runs and project report-outs. 

  • Change agent.          

Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing continuous improvements. Need to drive quality culture across organizations.

Uses visioning and stretch to create environment for quantum change and process improvement. Anticipates problems and initiates new and better ways of doing things.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Breaks down barriers and develops influential relationships across teams/functions/layers.
  • Creates exciting and positive working environment with strong projection of confidence in Six Sigma process
  • Projects genuine personal commitment to Quality and process improvement
  • Willingness to face into difficult issues, take a stand and become personally involved in resolving problems
  • Works well under pressure. Always keeps the objective in sight, not sidetracked by minor set backs
  • Broadly recognized in the Business as someone with uncompromising integrity and high personal and Business standards
  • Has developed an effective multi functional network for getting things done smoothly
  • Can be trusted to do the right thing/make good decisions given information available.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Show Significant years in O&G business
  • Have multi-year Engineering experience & knowledge and contribution to Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Hold a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Hold a EU Work Permit
  • Be GB Certified with excellent knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt is preferred)
  • Show strong oral and written communication skills, ability to make executive level presentations
  • Be fluent Italian and English
