Job Description

The Role 

We’re looking for a MarTech solution consultant to join our team as we expand our practice in the UK to to meet the growing needs of our clients and partners to provide CXM transformations – including implementations, consultancy, and managed services projects. Reporting into the Head of MarTech Solution Consultancy, this is a business consulting role requiring a good level of technical platform knowledge and marketing domain expertise. 

A lot of the focus of this role is on latest technologies like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach Engage and other CDP/CDXPs. 

Solution Consultants complete work in three main areas: 

  • Pre-sales Support

  • Consultancy Support

  • Capability Enablement


You will require a reasonable amount of travel to clients across the UK & EMEA. 


Qualifications

What we are looking for in you 

We are looking for someone from a consultancy / agency / software background with experience of CRM, CDPs and data-driven customer marketing programmes. Designing and costing solutions, writing proposals and statements of work is a huge plus.

You will need to: 

  • Map out complex technical solutions in easy to understand formats for business leaders and non-technical marketeers to grasp 

We need you to evidence the following skills: 

  • Experience in Adobe, Salesforce, Bloomreach, Braze or another major MarTech Solution Vendor 

  • Some experience in Data Solutions & CDPs – e.g. one of the above or Tealium, mParticle and TreasureData 

  • Commercial experience – costing solutions, writing statements of work, negotiating with clients 

  • Advanced level Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
