Cboe is expanding its global retail presence and is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role will support Cboe’s proprietary options and futures products, with a dedicated focus on the retail investor audience. The Marketing Specialist will support the production of marketing and educational content, multi-channel advertising campaigns, event/conference coordination, broker dealer partner marketing initiatives and internal sales team support. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with multi-channel marketing activity including advertising, email, communications, events, videos, web, content partnerships and social media.
  • Support broker dealer partnerships through the execution of educational, marketing, and advertising initiatives that enhance awareness and understanding of Cboe’s proprietary products.
  • Liaise with Design team to manage implementation of broker dealer campaign materials, including maintaining reporting documentation and disclosure requirements of all delivered assets. 
  • Coordinate regional webinar and event logistics, collaborating with partner broker dealers and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Brand, Sponsorship, and Media Production.
  • Support product pages and microsite updates to continually promote Cboe’s prop products.
  • Assist with content translation to improve regional marketing support.
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure all content is reviewed and approved.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned, and support the Asia-Pacific regional Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • One to three years relevant work experience, preferably at a retail brokerage firm or investment management firm.
  • Fluency in one or more of EU languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).
  • Experience in supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event support.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, as well as a creative mind.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and e-mail marketing tools a plus.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategy and platforms.
  • Availability for occasional meetings during U.S. and APAC hours may be necessary.
