We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of in-person events across EMEA/APAC regions. This role plays a vital part in driving demand and event ROI, enhancing brand presence, and fostering relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the tactical planning and execution of in-person events, including industry conferences, customer and partner roundtables, and NAVEX hosted forums and breakfast briefings

  • Ensure all events are executed in a timely fashion, within budget, and in alignment with organisational goals

  • Oversee the implementation of event programs to maximise impact and engagement across EMEA/APAC regions

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution

  • Partner with broader Marketing and Business Development teams to optimise database processes, marketing automation, CRM, and telemarketing efforts for event attendance and post-event lead follow-up

  • Collaborate with PR team to design and implement social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility

  • Align with sales teams to set clear expectations and execute targeted event campaigns

  • Manage relationships with procurement, legal, and finance teams to facilitate contracting and payment processes for event-related activities

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure precise lead management, including accurate data entry and effective campaign attribution

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and social media campaign development

  • Proficiency in French and/or German is highly preferred 

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, collaboration and project management

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
