Are you an Events & Marketing Specialist wanting to travel?

This could be the perfect opportunity to join the SCIB UK Marketing team and to showcase your abilities to work with multiple stakeholders on various marketing campaigns and planning events within the UK and Europe.

This role will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, the Global SCIB businesses and the SCIB Global Marketing and Communications team to address and support the needs of the business.

The difference you’ll make:

  • Organising events for the business areas in accordance with the procedures for purchasing, compliance, budget, privacy, etc. established in Santander, and in coordination with the business teams and other relevant areas

  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders in the production and deployment of marketing actions

  • Building up in-depth knowledge of our clients, solutions, and business

  • Reviewing the production of graphic, digital and audio-visual designs, and applications of the brand for print and digital materials related to events and other marketing activities

  • Managing end-to-end key events

What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

  • Previous marketing & event management experience in the financial services sector or events management company

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities, manage suppliers relationship and manage budgets and invoicing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business/Economics or equivalent thereof

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills and ability to work autonomously

  • Experience with Salesforce marketing

  • Fluency in Spanish

What else you need to know:

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston. However, you must be able to travel within Europe/Americas.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week (pro-rata for part-time roles).
