Implement and test models in production libraries, monitor performance, produce documentation, and stay current with market practice and regulatory expectations.

Leads management of a £1 billion Sterling bond fund, overseeing portfolio construction, performance, credit analysis, macroeconomic assessment, and risk management. Collaborates with global fixed-income teams, represents the strategy to retail and institutional clients, supports business development and product launches, and contributes expertise across institutional mandates. The role also involves regulatory compliance, investment governance, and developing Santander Asset Management’s UK fixed-income franchise.
