Within our Marketing Solutions team, we deliver performance-based, omni-channel marketing strategies for leading global brands; leveraging data, creativity, and technology across email, search, programmatic, and social platforms.

If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Specialist, Digital Planning in Barcelona, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing digital campaigns that drive real business impact.

What you will do in this role

- Support the development of digital media strategies across Programmatic Display, Social, and Search, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Build and document digital communication plans, contributing innovative ideas to go-to-market strategies.
- Execute and optimize campaigns in partnership with operations teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations on a regular basis (real-time and periodic).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and partners, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and innovation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between digital and non-digital planning, supporting integrated marketing strategies.

- 1–3 years of experience in digital media, marketing strategy, or campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with Programmatic, Social, Search, or digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset, with the ability to drive ideas and contribute to business initiatives.
