- Lead the launch, implementation and growth of Telemedicine, Loyalty and Dermatology services across the pharmacy network.
- Develop and execute B2B2C marketing and commercial strategies to drive service adoption, engagement and revenue growth.
- Create marketing materials, training content, sales presentations and point-of-sale support tools.
- Train pharmacy teams and field teams to ensure successful deployment and service utilization.
- Coordinate internal teams, external providers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, budgets and forecasts, providing regular business insights and recommendations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve pharmacy experience and business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and commercial outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, service management, project management or commercial roles.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail or pharmacy environments is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and service-based business models.
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.
Skills
- Strong commercial and business development mindset.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and business KPIs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
