Lead IT strategy and operations across UK, Poland, and US; manage M365, cloud infrastructure, vendor-supported applications (NetSuite, Mavenlink, ZenQMS, Zendesk); ensure uptime, security, compliance (GDPR, UK Data Protection, GxP); oversee small internal IT team, vendors, budgets, and user support; implement training and audits to support business objectives.

Manage distribution and automation engineering projects including charter development, budget and timeline tracking, supplier specifications and contracts, consultant engagement, coordination with internal teams, capital expenditure preparation, and oversight of construction/installation, testing, training, and startup. Role requires extensive travel (up to 75%).
