Own delivery of one large and additional smaller technology initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, dependencies, risks, issues, testing, releases, and adoption. Maintain delivery plans, forecasts, resource estimates, and leadership reporting while aligning with portfolio governance. Collaborate with global, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed IT environment, applying Agile or hybrid delivery methods and influencing teams without direct authority.

Designs end-to-end technology solutions across World Courier’s logistics order-to-cash lifecycle. Responsibilities include integrating ERP, Salesforce, portals, transportation, route planning, inventory, monitoring, driver, vehicle, and financial systems through APIs and event-driven architecture. The role supports cloud migration, interoperability, architecture standards, delivery teams, investment decisions, and AI-enabled architecture documentation. Success requires reliable real-time visibility, scalable and secure systems, clear communication, and alignment between business and IT stakeholders in a regulated global environment.

Leads cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. Evaluates target security postures, identifies risks and control gaps, estimates remediation and integration costs, manages third-party diligence providers, and supports Day 1 readiness planning. Partners with Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, IT, and Information Security teams to translate technical findings into business and financial impacts. Maintains transaction documentation and improves diligence templates, playbooks, cost models, and reporting.
