With operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, Monex combines global market access with local expertise.

Job Overview

As a Regional Coordinator, you will be the expert voice for your designated market, tasked with adapting our global marketing strategies to resonate with local audiences. You will own the planning and execution of regional campaigns, from digital programs to local events, ensuring all content is culturally and linguistically relevant.

This is a critical role for a marketer with a deep understanding of the regional landscape who can work closely with sales to drive pipeline and achieve market-specific goals.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Execute local event logistics and lifecycle campaign deployment for the assigned regional pod (US/Canada, Singapore/UK, or Spain/Netherlands), tracking lead and registration volume generated from each program.
  • Serve as the local point of contact for client-facing field activity, coordinating venue, vendor, attendee, and sales-team needs, with an eye on local client engagement and retention.
  • Adapt (localize/transcreate, not just translate) demand generation, lifecycle, and event materials to reflect local market priorities, buyer needs, and cultural nuances while maintaining Monex's core narrative.
  • Conduct light local market research and competitive scanning so regional programs reflect real buyer and competitor context, not head-office assumptions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Events and Field Manager, Sr. Manager of Lifecycle and Growth, regional sales teams, and local commercial leaders to align calendars, execution requirements, and follow-up plans in a timely, cross-region-friendly cadence.
  • Track and report local program execution, engagement, and performance against the shared team scoreboard, sharing market insights and optimization recommendations with Demand Generation and Lifecycle leadership.
  • Use AI tools to support content localization, local performance reporting, and workflow automation for event and campaign logistics.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • 1–3 years in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or marketing coordination, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B industry; UK/APAC market exposure and/or global experience a strong plus.
  • Strong execution skills across local event logistics, field activity coordination, vendor/venue management, and lifecycle campaign deployment.
  • Experience or aptitude for localization/transcreation and light local market/competitive research.
  • Basic working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms for local campaign setup, lead capture, tracking, and follow-up support.
  • Comfort using AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Self-starter with strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute independently with limited daily oversight.
  • Clear, proactive communicator with strong local relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate across global teams, regional sales, vendors, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Cultural fluency across UK/APAC business norms; bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred

If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
