About the Role 

Reporting to the Head of the Enterprise Applications, the Marketing Product Manager leads the ideation, delivery and optimisation of marketing technology solutions and process to drive revenue growth and enhance marketing performance. The role ensures all Martech platforms and automation tools deliver measurable value by enabling data-driven campaigns, improving customer engagement, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement across all facets of Marketing at Euromonitor. 

What you'll be doing

Martech Strategy: Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to define and deliver a Marketing roadmap aligned with business strategy, growth objectives and marketing priorities. 

Marketing Automation: Identify, define and deliver enhancements and optimisations across marketing automation workflows to improve campaign efficiency and lead nurturing. 

Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track marketing KPIs linked to revenue impact. 

Trusted Partner: Be the first port of call for Marketing requirements to ensure successful delivery of new solutions/enhancements and ensure continued support of existing tools and platforms. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Martech solutions. 

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology providers to maximise service quality and cost efficiency. 

Data and Analytics: Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI. 

Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to marketing processes for better scalability and compliance. 

Market Insight: Stay updated on Martech trends and recommend innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage. 

What you'll bring:

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems. Knowledge of AI tools or capabilities and embedding them into marketing workflows (Desirable) 
  • Proven experience in managing Martech products such as marketing automation solutions, Lead Nurturing and Sourcing tools, Digital Experience platforms and creative & content generation applications (inc Gen AI) 
  • Excellent Product Management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities to link marketing performance to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & relationship building skills 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to create and manage product backlogs and roadmaps, estimate work effort and prioritise based on business value
