About the Role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager - MarTech to shape, lead and evolve our global MarTech ecosystem. This person will be working closely with our Product Manager - Sales and Product Manager - HR.

The Marketing Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Euromonitor’s global MarTech strategy. This role ensures our marketing technology stack (Marketo, Cvent, Jasper, Optimizely/Episerver) enables efficient, data‑driven, scalable marketing execution; ultimately improving revenue impact, customer engagement, and operational performance across the global Marketing function within Euromonitor.

What you'll be doing:

  • MarTech Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing to build and deliver a roadmap aligned to business and growth goals
  • Marketing Automation: Improve and optimise automation workflows to boost campaign efficiency and lead nurturing
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs tied to revenue impact
  • Trusted Partner: Act as Marketing’s go‑to contact for new solutions, enhancements, and platform support
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales and IT to ensure smooth adoption of MarTech tools
  • Vendor Management: Manage technology partners to maximise service quality and cost efficiency
  • Data & Analytics: Use insights to refine strategies and improve marketing ROI
  • Process Improvement: Enhance marketing processes to increase scalability and compliance
  • Market Insight: Stay on top of MarTech trends and recommend innovative solutions

What you'll bring:

  • Confident communicator with the ability to adapt to audience needs
  • Experience of balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems. Knowledge of AI tools or capabilities and embedding them into marketing workflows is desirable  
  • Proven experience in managing MarTech products such as marketing automation solutions, Lead Nurturing and Sourcing tools, Digital Experience platforms and creative & content generation applications (inc. Gen AI) 
  • Excellent Product Management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities to link marketing performance to revenue outcomes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to create and manage product backlogs and roadmaps, estimate work effort and prioritise based on business value
