Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Procurement Coordinator to support vendor management for the Creative Shared Services team.

Discover Impactful Work:

This position will support our relationships with our internal and external vendors, sourcing and on-boarding new vendors as the need arises and manage processes for translation services for creative projects—inclusive of cost negotiations, scheduling and research, vetting and set-up of new vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end translation service sourcing of Marketing projects in multiple languages to support European regions, capturing budget information, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on time.

  • Provide creative service sourcing, partnering with internal team and external agencies to ensure that scope, costs and timelines are clearly identified and met. Effectively communicate any budget overages ensuring approval prior to work completed.

  • Provide cost tracking for all outside services, create and update statement of work documents for all applicable projects.

  • Establish relationships and partner with external vendors for outside services, onboarding new vendors when needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web, or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience

  • Workfront project management system experience is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments

  • Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions

  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members globally in a collaborative and professional way

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines
