Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Performance Specialist to join the Marketing team reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy & Performance.
In this role you will be responsible for enabling data-driven analysis and decision-making support across the global Marketing team. The role focuses on defining marketing KPIs, creating visibility and action around KPIs and team budgets, and delivering actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Define and agree marketing KPIs with key stakeholders, to ensure optimal marketing campaign performance
- Develop and communicate relevant and actionable dashboards and reporting, based on analysis of disparate data sets and information sources
- Review and develop budget tracking and reporting to sharpen ability to make smart investment choices – working with Finance and other stakeholders to deliver consistent and user-friendly spend tracking
- Working with the Digital Marketing and CRM teams to define optimal means to track and measure end-to-end lead management performance
- Analysis of business performance, campaign and spend performance with ability to create meaningful recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent data and analytical skills and a proven ability to present sophisticated data sets in a clear and actionable manner
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. A proven ability to deliver strong cross-functional team collaboration, especially across Digital, Business Transformation, Sales and IT teams, to support ongoing improvements in data maturity and performance reporting capabilities
- Proven experience of using data analysis tools to visualise Marketing data and provide actionable intelligence to the business, including Looker Studio, PowerBI
- Experience in using specific Marketing technologies/platforms that are relevant to the role as sources of complex data, including LinkedIn Organic/Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Marketo and SAP C4C (CRM)
- A working knowledge of additional platforms that are relevant to the role, including 6Sense, Semrush, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends/Search Console, Pathfactory and YouTube
- A willingness to stretch into participation in broader initiatives, including supporting Account Based Marketing, CRM enhancements and the creation of new Marketing analytics solutions
- Must be able to implement at speed and be detail oriented
