About TM Forum

TM Forum is a global alliance of more than 850 communications service providers, vendors, hyperscalers and system integrators, together generating US$2 trillion in revenue and serving five billion customers across 180 countries. We unite these diverse communities to drive end-to-end change, putting the sector at the heart of the global connected economy and providing an open platform for innovation and growth.

Role overview

Your role is to own the measurement, insight, and optimization engine for Marketing. You will lead ownership and optimization of Marketing reporting; own campaign UTM tracking and governance; and work collaboratively with Marketing stakeholders to turn reporting data into actionable marketing insights and recommendations.

You will also collaborate with the broader Marketing team to standardise and optimise Marketing processes, to ultimately drive Marketing performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

Reporting and insights

  • Own the end-to-end measurement strategy across Marketing channels, aligning campaign goals with metrics and ongoing reporting.

  • Publish standardized weekly and monthly reporting that links campaign and channel activity to results and ROI. Translate findings into actionable marketing insights that inform plans and budgets.

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to support annual planning, target setting, forecasting, and performance modelling across pipeline, revenue, registrations, and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards all Marketing channels so marketers can self-serve core questions without Marketing Operations support.

  • Explore opportunities for prompt-based reporting using AI Models, enabling the broader Marketing team to access tailored insights through language-based queries.

  • Deliver actionable week-on-week insights on the performance of ongoing Marketing campaigns vs goals/benchmarks, allowing ongoing re-investment in successful approaches.

  • Build, monitor and improve MQL/SQL reporting in Salesforce, partnering with Inside Sales to ensure they have clear, timely insight into Marketing-qualified leads and the context they need to prioritise and contact them effectively.

  • Maintain our universal UTM tracking and governance. Ensure parameters remain standardised, validate usage, train the team, and monitor adherence and quality over time.

Campaign and process optimization

  • Identify A/B testing opportunities with the Integrated Marketing team, communicate outcomes clearly, and document learnings so they can inform future campaign planning.

  • Document campaign and channel benchmarks and use them in reporting to show whether activity is performing above or below benchmark.

  • Partner with the broader Marketing Operations team on the design and implementation of improved Marketing processes, to support efficient campaign delivery and report.

Required experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.

  • Experience owning marketing performance reporting, attribution, campaign tracking, and measurement frameworks across multiple marketing channels.

  • Strong understanding of UTM governance, data integrity, campaign taxonomy, and marketing measurement best practices.

  • Experience building dashboards and automated reports. Specific experience using Salesforce and/or marketing automation and BI/reporting tools preferred.

  • Experience translating campaign, channel, funnel, and pipeline data into clear insights, recommendations, and performance narratives for marketing stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting annual planning, target setting, forecasting, or performance modelling across lead generation, registrations, pipeline, revenue, or ROI.

  • Experience working with sales or inside sales teams on lead management, MQL/SQL reporting, pipeline visibility, and follow-up prioritisation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to optimisation, troubleshooting, and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with event, demand generation, and integrated marketing programmes, with the ability to assess performance against goals and benchmarks.

  • Ability to use AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience supporting marketing automation platform improvements, implementations, or migrations would be beneficial.
