What you’ll do:

Marketing Operations & Project Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the Senior Director of International Marketing and Global Brand Team.

  • Support planning and execution of high priority cross-functional marketing projects, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in developing campaign wrap-up materials and coordinating marketing reporting with cross-functional partners.

Process & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain, optimize, and document marketing processes, templates, playbooks, and operational workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale operations, and create self-service resources for the broader marketing organization.

  • Support forecasting, resource planning, asset management, and other operational planning activities as needed.

  • Build and promote best practices that improve consistency across regional and global marketing teams.

Vendor, Legal & Finance Operations
  • Manage vendor onboarding in partnership with Legal and Finance, including NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and related documentation.

  • Coordinate vendor sourcing and onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

  • Partner with Legal to support marketing approvals and ensure required documentation and review processes are completed.

  • Help maintain operational documentation, templates, and guidelines to support compliant and efficient ways of working.

Tools & Systems
  • Support day-to-day administration of marketing tools and platforms.

  • Help maintain operational systems, documentation, and workflows that enable effective campaign execution.

  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Legal, Finance, and external partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams and time zones.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
