About You:
You are obsessed with numbers and genuinely enjoy simplifying complex manual tasks, discovering new insights, and helping shape the go-to-market strategy for the company. With that you bring a “can-do” attitude and exceptional attention to detail to discovering the truth buried within the data. The ideal candidate will be an all-out team player, but at the same time, be a hands-on self-starter, driven, a great relationship builder, and someone passionate about owning initiatives from beginning to end.
What we look for:
-5+ years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
-Experience in scaling Marketing Ops at early stage AI, data, or analytics startups is a huge plus.
-Experience with HubSpot, Heap, and Clearbit.
-Proven experience with campaign operations, lead flow management, data hygiene, and attribution models.
-Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and pipeline analyticsTechnical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve system issues
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with predictive analytics and advanced attribution modeling
-Familiarity with ABM strategies and toolsKnowledge of SQL or other data-querying languages is a plusAbout the Role
This is our founding Marketing Ops role and we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager. This role combines expertise in marketing operations with a passion for analytics, ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimal tool stack management, and actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions.
The Impact You Will Have:
Marketing Operations:
-Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Heap, and __ enrichment tool, ensuring tools are fully utilized and integrated effectively.
-Campaign operations, including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
-To maintain a high-quality database, ensure accurate and efficient lead flow processes, including routing, deduplication, and data hygiene.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve marketing-sales alignment, including lead handoff and full funnel reporting across all marketing touchpoints.
-Work hand-in-hand with RevOps to ensure GTM alignment
-Find creative ways to streamline processes, automate tasks, enhance our tech stack, and level up the marketing team's skills with impactful training (make the marketers self reliant).
Analytics & Reporting:
-Own the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards and reports to give the team a clear view of key marketing metrics and trends, enabling fast and impactful decision-making.
-Dive deep into ad hoc analyses across channels like SEO, paid search, website, and event marketing, uncovering actionable insights that directly shape strategy and drive growth.
-Shape the evolution of Encord measurement frameworks—such as attribution modeling and MMM—ensuring our methods adapt to the company’s growing needs while delivering sharper ROI insights and influencing smarter marketing investments.
-Partner with stakeholders to define and build the analytics required for new logo acquisition and install base marketing.
