The role

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising our marketing processes, technologies, and workflows to maximise marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.

What excites you 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack: Ensure smooth functioning, user adoption, and data integrity across campaign operations
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for the account funnel: Optimise account funnel and workflows to guide prospects and customers seamlessly through the buying journey.
  • Develop the marketing engine: Manage our scoring model, support the account grading criteria, and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and qualify them for sales.
  • Support Demand Generation and Global Growth teams with marketing campaign across various channels (email, paid advertising, direct marketing, chatbot) 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing operations trends and technologies
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and KPIs

What excites us  

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • Proven experience with marketing platforms (e.g. Pardot, Braze)
  • A keen observer with a curious mind to solve problems
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • A keen understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Base salary ranges may vary and are determined by things like geography, level of experience, interview assessment and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, there is no guarantee that an offer will reach the upper limit of the stated range.
