About the Position:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager (maternity cover - 8 months) to support our globally operating marketing team, focusing on global initiatives. Based in London and reporting to a Global Director of Marketing, you’ll temporarily replace our Head of Marketing Operations during maternity leave. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing processes, automation, and reporting.
You will work across marketing, sales, and finance teams to keep our marketing engine running: managing HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, campaign tracking, lead flow, dashboards, and budget oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology & Automation
- Manage HubSpot, including workflows, list segmentation, form creation, and sync with Salesforce.
- Monitor and troubleshoot sync errors, automations (MQL workflows, demo requests, gated content emails).
- Support marketing campaigns with proper data setup and lead management.
- CRM, Data & Dashboards
- Maintain Salesforce dashboards for ARR, pipeline attribution, and campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate lead flow, deduplication, and task assignment for sales follow-up.
- Upload and manage conference and event lead lists.
- Budget & Process Management
- Review and track marketing budget, campaign categories, and invoices with finance.
- Ensure correct setup of campaigns and categories for accurate reporting.
- Serve as point of contact for RevOps, procurement, and marketing tool requests.
- Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular KPI updates, insight reports, and weekly dashboard refreshes.
- Collaborate with RevOps and BI teams on ad-hoc reporting or automation requests.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (workflows, dashboards, automations).
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data, attribution, and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
