We are looking for an AI-first Marketing Operations Lead to design, build, and orchestrate an intelligent, automated marketing engine.
This is not a traditional Marketing Ops role. You will not just manage tools, you will reimagine how marketing operates using AI, leveraging LLMs (Claude), automation, and data to create a high-performance, self-optimizing growth system.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI, owning the architecture that powers our go-to-market. Your mission is to maximize leverage: replacing manual work with automation, accelerating execution, and unlocking insights at scale.

Requirements
What you will be doing:
- Own and optimize the full Martech stack (Marketo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and adjacent tools)
- Embed AI tools into marketing workflows to automate tasks, improve personalization, and surface insights faster
- Manage lead lifecycle: scoring, routing, MQL handoff, and revenue attribution in partnership with sales, marketing, and BDRs
- Build, execute, and optimize campaigns including email nurture, webinars, events, and landing pages
- Maintain database hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Deliver dashboards and reporting on funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Evaluate and onboard new tools; manage vendor relationships and renewals
- Partner with sales, demand gen, and RevOps to align on shared goals and seamless handoffs
What you will bring:
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Expert-level Marketo (or HubSpot/Pardot) and Salesforce CRM experience
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context (content, scoring, automation, or analytics)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel reporting and attribution modelling
- Experience managing Martech integrations (APIs, Zapier, and third-party platforms)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus)
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Background in revenue operations or cross-functional GTM alignment
