Location: London

Weekly office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days/weeks

Employment type: Permanent

At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to play a key role in our Marketing Team in London.  If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

As our Marketing Operations Executive you’ll:

Be the operational heartbeat of our marketing and go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, process-driven role with a front-row seat to how an entire marketing and revenue function actually works. You’ll live in the detail of campaign operations, keep our systems and data in good shape, and help our growing set of AI agents run smoothly. This is a starting-out role, so no marketing operations experience is required. We’re looking for a systems thinker who’s curious enough to learn the rest.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work across Marketing, Revenue and RevOps. You’ll start by running the processes that keep us moving, and grow into building the automations that make us faster. It’s process-driven work, but it’s far from routine. You’ll touch the whole funnel, get hands-on with a dozen tools, and see exactly how campaigns turn into pipeline.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
  • Run campaign operations. Own the operational backbone of our campaigns: building campaign structures in HubSpot and Salesforce, setting up audiences and lists, managing tracking and UTMs, and running the QA and launch checklists to ensure everything fires correctly.
  • Make our processes run like clockwork. This role is process-driven by design. You’ll learn how a full go-to-market function operates, keep its day-to-day workflows moving, and tighten them wherever you spot friction.
  • Keep our AI agents running. Monitor the agents and automations that power the team, run the routine agentic workflows, spot when something breaks, and flag where they could work better. This “agent ops” layer is a fast-growing part of how we operate.
  • Keep our data trustworthy. Dedupe records, standardize fields, maintain segments and enrichment in Clay, and follow the playbooks that keep HubSpot and Salesforce in sync. Clean data is the foundation everything else sits on.
  • Help surface the numbers. Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and our other tools so the team can see how campaigns and the funnel are performing.
  • Be a safe pair of hands. Support the wider ops team and step in on triage, routine checks and BAU tasks when cover is needed, so nothing stalls.
  • Learn to build. Grow into a GTM operations specialist by automating manual work alongside the team, starting small with tools like Zapier and Claude and taking on more as your skills grow.
  • Document as you go. Keep SOPs and process notes current in Notion so the team can self-serve and nothing lives only in one person’s head.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳
  • Previous marketing operations experience. You see the steps in a process, notice what’s clunky, and like making things work smoothly from end to end.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, because in ops the small things compound.
  • Comfortable with data in a spreadsheet, and unfazed by learning a new tool.
  • Some early marketing experience or a real interest in it — backgrounds like SDR, BDR, sales, customer success, events, or a marketing coordinator seat are all welcome.
  • AI-native, already using tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, and excited to build with them rather than just chat.
  • Aligned with how we work: you think big, you ask why, and you show respect to everyone, at every level, all the time.
