Marketing Manager

We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.  

The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for owning the end-to-end brand strategy, planning, and execution of all key initiatives for Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. In this role you will lead or support one or more key areas of the business, such as big brand moments, cultural or seasonal campaigns, regional initiatives (e.g. U.S. or Rest of World), or product and commercial go-to-market efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for the business or region you support.  

In this role, you will focus on: 

Strategy & Planning 

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned area, guided by traveler insights, brand priorities, and business goals. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, media, and creative, to develop engaging campaign concepts and go-to-market plans. 

Campaign Development & Execution 

  • Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, from major product launches to ongoing programs and local initiatives. 
  • Manage creative and media assets daily, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. 
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards, reflects the brand’s tone of voice, and are effectively tailored for different channels and regions. 

Collaboration & Influence 

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across product, marketing, communications, and creative teams. 
  • Keep project statuses updated and contribute to reports shared with leadership and cross-functional partners 
  • Support senior team members in the successful delivery of brand campaigns. 

Performance & Insights 

  • Help track campaign performance by collaborating with analytics and media teams. 
  • Utilize insights data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies for continuous improvement. 

Experience and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • 6+ years experience in a marketing brand or strategic management related role
  • Demonstrable experience working within creative production environments, delivering high-quality assets across multiple channels in line with media plans. 
  • Experienced in delivering data-driven brand strategies across marketing channels 
  • 2+ years’ experience managing complex marketing projects or Project Management Certification
  • A track record of end-to-end production delivery, including trafficking, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities 
    Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends
