Opus 2 Marketing is a team 10+ strong with specialists covering product marketing, design, content creation, customer loyalty and go-to-market teams for our three primary solution areas – Opus 2 Cases, Opus 2 Hearings and Opus 2 Arbitral Institutions.  The team is aligned with business growth and revenue objectives. 

Job overview 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of campaigns, including conference sponsorships, email campaigns, and social media activity under the supervision of the Marketing Director. You will work closely with other stakeholders in the marketing, sales, product, and client success teams to drive revenue and achieve Opus 2 growth goals. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Campaign and event management, including negotiating and co-ordination the activation of Arbitration Weeks and Arbitral institutions events, such as conferences and dinners. 
  • Manage event sponsorship implementation for the APAC and Middle East team, featuring activation during Hong Kong arbitration week, Singapore convention week and Dubai Arbitration Week. This role includes all client communications, social media promotion and managing BD attendance, and event follow-up. 
  • Responsible for all results tracking in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring that the BD team always follows the correct process to measure results of conference attendance. 
  • Advise and collaborate on BD conference attendance and select community events in the plan, both in person and webinars.  This includes following the contract review process and supplier invoice payment process with the finance team. 
  • Event execution support such as ordering and distributing promotional items and pull-up banners. 
  • Manage event registrations for Opus 2-led events in the APAC region, or globally, using Hubspot or Zoom registration pages. 
  • Create and execute quarterly Arbitral Institution campaigns with support from product marketing for content.

Requirements

What we're looking for in you 

  • Three –five years’ experience in B2B, Technology or professional services marketing, supporting campaigns and event execution. 
  • High attention to detail and professional communication with an ability to focus on desired business outcomes. 
  • Initiative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to take projects and tasks to completion. 
  • Comfortable with taking an advisory and consultative role with the Opus 2 business development team. 
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms, with a willingness to learn and get involved in marketing delivery. 
  • Some exposure and understanding of ABM and Demandbase would be beneficial.
