Provide global end-user IT support (remote and onsite), monitor and troubleshoot internal environments, manage email/AD/DHCP/DNS, deploy patches, administer servers, firewalls and network infrastructure, handle escalations to vendors, participate in projects, and produce documentation and incident reports.

Lead new business sales into top UK and EMEA law firms, owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, craft commercial proposals, and exceed quota while collaborating with solutions, success, and marketing teams. Represent Opus 2 at client meetings and events and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data.
