About us

At Jigsaw, we’re on a mission to transform the way professional services and financial institutions work. We do this by helping our clients organise, visualise and use their data (think Figma or Canva but for the ‘City’). Our clients include the world’s biggest consultancies, leading financial institutions and top law firms.

Jigsaw was founded by two seasoned entrepreneurs, Stephen and Travis. This is their second venture together; their first was acquired by a US private equity firm and went on to become a billion-dollar company and a household name in professional service firms across the world. Jigsaw is now on a growth trajectory few Series A companies achieve - putting us in the top quartile SaaS companies globally. Today we proudly serve thousands of users from nearly two  hundred businesses worldwide, who love our products and use them everyday.

But we’re only getting started! We have ambitious goals and we’re looking for talented people to help us achieve them.

Why join us?

We're not about the corporate grind; instead, we thrive on creativity, enthusiasm, and a touch of humour to make magic happen.

We hire people with high ownership and a bias for action. Then we trust and empower them to do their best work.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s creative, curious, organised and ready to get stuck into a wide range of activities. You’ll work closely with our Co-CEO, collaborate across teams, and help shape how Jigsaw shows up in the world — both online and in person.

You’ll experiment with new marketing tactics, use data to show what’s working, produce all sorts of content (written, graphic and video), and help build a consistent, engaging brand voice across everything we publish. Basically: if you like variety, responsibility and results… welcome.

The RoleContent & Social
  • Create brand-aligned content for LinkedIn and other platforms within our tone of voice and brand guidelines.

  • Produce a mix of written content, graphic content, and short-form video - including light video editing when needed.

  • Experiment with formats and channels, test new ideas and use data to refine your approach.

  • Showcase product features, use cases and customer wins in ways that actually make people want to keep reading.

Events, Conferences & Awards
  • Plan and manage Jigsaw’s involvement at industry events and conferences, handling logistics, collateral, pre-event outreach and follow-up campaigns.

  • Lead award submissions that tell our story with flair and persuasion.

  • Measure event ROI so we know what’s worth repeating.

Case Studies, Partnerships & Customer Stories
  • Interview customers and partners to build polished, compelling case studies.

  • Collaborate on partnership announcements that show Jigsaw’s growth, turning complex stories into engaging narratives with clear outcomes and value.

Campaigns & Demand Generation
  • Build multi-step campaigns using HubSpot, email sequences and LinkedIn.

  • Test different tactics and apply a healthy dose of A/B experimentation. Track performance, calculate ROI, and share insights that influence strategy.

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns convert, not just impress.

Brand, Swag & Promotional Magic
  • Design and manage client swag, onboarding packs and promotional collateral. Use physical and digital promotional items to boost engagement and attract inbound leads.

  • Support adoption within existing accounts and create fun, memorable experiences for users.

General Marketing Support
  • Assist with product launches, landing pages, decks and internal enablement.

  • Keep a pulse on competitors and industry trends.

  • Bring new ideas to the table - we love experimentation and smart creativity.

The Right Person
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or professional services.

  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adopt and maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Comfortable producing written, graphic and video content, including light video editing.

  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn and multi-step campaign building would be beneficial.

  • Confident using data to analyse performance and demonstrate ROI.

  • A love of experimentation and constant improvement.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Comfortable collaborating directly with senior leadership.

  • Curious, proactive, adaptable and not afraid to try something new.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
