Here’s a summary of the role:

YouGov is seeking a Marketing Manager working within the UK Field Marketing team to drive demand for YouGov’s products and services and manage strategic brand activation, with a focus on webinars, events and partnerships in the region

Reporting to the Head of AMERS & UK, and based in London, you'll play a key role in enhancing marketing operations in the UK and Ireland. Success in this role will translate to increased brand awareness, heightened demand to support sales revenue, and the acquisition of new clients through personalised, targeted campaigns.

This is a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Increase awareness of YouGov’s brand and our leading products & services across UKI, our home market and a priority region, using tactical marketing activities.
  • Take ownership of YouGov UK’s events program, from meticulous planning and execution to comprehensive reporting and strategic optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to understand commercial objectives, priorities, and key accounts
  • As needed, support the wider marketing team in launching, maintaining, and optimising the UK’s content marketing program across 15 priority sectors, including reports, articles, and rankings.
  • Thorough reporting, and continuously monitor metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent UK Field Marketing on a regional, and global stage, developing our internal positioning and driving advocacy throughout the business.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Extensive marketing experience, with a strong B2B marketing background, and a track record of successfully implementing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Proven experience successfully managing events to drive measurable demand
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across departments.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills, supported by a portfolio, and strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compelling and creative content.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technology.
  • Experience working within a platform-based business model and driving demand accordingly (preferred).
