Job Description

The Amazon Europe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing plans that align with Bose’s business goals. These plans aim to drive marketing effectiveness, revenue growth, and sell-through performance across the region. 

 

This role will collaborate closely with sales, analytics, and agency partners to execute strategies, optimize performance, and implement best practices across media, search, digital merchandising, content, and data. Strong project management and cross-functional communication are essential to ensure timely and effective execution. 

This is a fixed term contract role limited to up to one year. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute Amazon-specific digital marketing plans aligned with Bose’s business objectives. 

  • Lead the European Amazon marketing strategy, applying local market context and nuance to drive regional success. 

  • Own the EU media planning process, identifying key business drivers and executing optimization strategies. 

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and sales teams to build coordinated plans and deliver against KPIs. 

  • Present plans and performance updates to stakeholders, with clear recommendations for improvement. 

  • Track and report on plan execution, including annual strategies, investment plans, and key initiatives. 

  • Partner with analytics to build measurement frameworks, define KPIs, and report on performance. Develop and activate test-and-learn initiatives. 

  • Manage EU Amazon budgets, including media and agency fees, in partnership with Finance. 

  • Manage relationships with external agency and Amazon Ads team to ensure alignment and execution excellence. 

 
Core Competencies 

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and media planning, grounded in data and insights. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on results, metrics, and ROI. 

  • Deep experience developing and executing Amazon marketing strategies that drive incremental sales. 

  • Knowledge of full-funnel digital marketing, including merchandising and content best practices. 

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trends and tactics that drive traffic and conversion. 

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing 

  • Minimum 3 years developing and executing Amazon marketing strategies 

  • Hands-on experience in analytics, audience targeting, content, creative, media, search, social, etc. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

  • Degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline 

  • This is a hybrid role (3-days in office) based in London
