Location: London

Office requirement: Hybrid - 2 days per week, Monday and Wednesday

Employment type: Permanent

As our Marketing Manager you’ll:

Take ownership of executing the go-to-market strategy for GWI’s Mid-Market segment, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion across companies with up to 500 employees.

You’ll run an inbound-first marketing engine, building and optimizing digital campaigns, content, and programs that capture demand and convert it into qualified pipeline. This role is highly collaborative, working with Product Marketing, SDRs, and channel specialists to ensure Mid-Market campaigns are targeted, measurable, and aligned to commercial goals.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

1. Mid-Market Marketing Execution
  • Deliver integrated inbound campaigns across digital, content, paid media, and events that drive qualified pipeline and self-serve acquisition for Mid-Market.
  • Apply segmentation and persona insights from Product Marketing to craft programs tailored to Mid-Market buyer needs.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion through testing, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with events leads in the UK and US to identify relevant Mid-Market events and ensure they are integrated into campaign activity (tactical execution remains with the events team).
2.  Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure inbound leads are qualified, routed, and acted upon effectively, supporting pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, and Content teams to deliver campaigns that span multiple channels and stages of the funnel.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide insights, tools, and narratives that help convert Mid-Market opportunities into revenue.
3. Impact, Measurement & Commercial Alignment
  • Track and report on inbound funnel performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize lead flow, attribution, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Continuously refine campaigns to improve efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Why Join Us
  • Run the inbound growth engine for one of GWI’s most dynamic and scalable customer segments.
  • Develop expertise in high-velocity SaaS marketing, driving measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Be part of a mission-driven, customer-first culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and measurable results.
What We Offer

At GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes:

  • Time to recharge – 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays.
  • Health & wellbeing – Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support.
  • Financial benefits – Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success.
  • Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a “work from home” budget.
  • Career growth – Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
  • Community & impact – DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We take DE&I seriously. Not only is it obviously the right thing to do, it’s also the bedrock of our value of show respect and at the heart of our company culture.

We’re a global data business, so it’s essential our data reflects the global reality. Putting diversity into practice like this literally makes our business stronger. That’s why we strive to make our offices - and our teams - as diverse as our data. Want to know more? Take a look at our Life page on LinkedIn to learn more about our DE&I initiatives.

The point is, GWI is a place where you can genuinely feel at home, express yourself, and make your mark - whoever you are.

As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from disabled candidates and are dedicated to providing all relevant assistance during the application and interview process. We also encourage individuals from all backgrounds, including those from underrepresented and marginalized communities, to join our team.

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
