About the requirement:

Passionate about Marketing? Your next role could support our Public Sector business lines helping us bring next-generation technology to Britain. Based in our friendly Paddington Office, and with hybrid working, you’ll lead on marketing projects working closely with our UK & Ireland Commercial teams.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Group Marketing team, you’ll help to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that algin with business objectives and enhancing customer engagement. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise to leverage muti – channel approaches, maximising impact and Return on Investment. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:

  • Integrated Campaign Management
  • Lead Generation Activities and Email Marketing

What you’ll bring

Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing campaign management.
  • Expertise in Public sector/infrastructure ideally
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns, leveraging targeted content and advanced analytics.
  • Experience in Marketing positions with a focus on campaign management and customer engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including integrated campaign management, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Experience in creating high-quality marketing content that drives engagement and thought leadership.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
