Growing and maintaining our existing accounts and attracting new clients will be pivotal to ensuring the business achieves its commercial ambitions.

    • Setting targets for brand and demand generation activity

Campaign execution

    • Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure delivery of content and collateral, such as case studies
    • Working with Sales and Lead Gen to ensure they are briefed on activity with robust lead follow-up and nurturing plans
    • Maintaining BAU channels such as our organic LinkedIn and web pages
    • Hitting deadlines for execution and quality (tone of voice and creative guidelines)

Budget management

    • Ensuring activity is within the agreed budget and keeping track of spend and ROI
  • Reporting and optimisation
    • Presenting weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to show the impact of marketing and what has been working and not working
    • Proactively identifying and executing activity to optimise and improve campaign performance

Marketing capabilities required

  • Working knowledge of tools - such as SEMRush, Canva, LinkedIn, sales prospecting tools
  • Some experience and comfort writing copy (you don’t need to be a polished copywriter!)

Personal capabilities required

  • This is a hands-on role so you’ll enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in
  • Good working relationship with sales
  • Excellent stakeholder management across the business - from convincing a Software Engineer to write a blog to presenting campaign results to a senior GTM industry team
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Analytical with a good attention to detail and a desire to interrogate results and build a story around them
