Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:

  • Strategy & planning:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database.
  • Campaign & content execution:
    • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue.
    • Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimise campaigns for set objectives.
    • Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages.
    • Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads.
    • Analyse campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually.
  • Reporting & analytics
    • Maintain reports on sales, leads, and campaign performance. Set and communicate KPI benchmarks. 
    • Drive improvements and monitor competitors.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, online retail experience or B2B events preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and/or online content, with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, execution best practices, and data-driven marketing tactics.
  • IT skills: Google Analytics, PPC, marketing copywriting.
  • Excellent communication skills and Critical thinking and analytical abilities

Monday - Friday we work from our office and do not offer remote work.
