About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, you’ll define go-to-market campaign plans to deliver key marketing objectives in driving community awareness, database growth and sales leads.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of marketing campaigns to ensure your events exceed commercial targets

  • Allocate the event marketing budget to the tactics/channels that will achieve the marketing objectives

  • Create, manage, and execute the event go-to-market (GTM) campaign

  • Work with designers and video editors to create marketing materials and campaign collateral

  • Join monthly health checks to report on the Marketing progress against plans

  • Co-ordinate Marketing Executives

  • Oversee and evaluate the Marketing Executives team in the execution of external campaign plans

  • Support Marketing Execs by being available as an additional resource

  • Report & analyse performance and report back to business vertical leadership and senior management

About You

To be our Marketing Manager, you will likely have:

  • 2+ years’ experience at campaign/marketing manager or digital marketing role in a B2B environment

  • Passion and previous experience with customer journeys, multiple digital channels

  • Creative flair and an interest in the media industry

  • Good understanding of the marketing mix, content marketing, Martech, and campaign analytics

  • A degree in marketing or a digital marketing qualification

  • Great experience of gathering customer insight and using it to drive successful demand generation campaign
