Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate

Every great meal starts somewhere. Not just in our kitchens, but in the teams that support them.

Whether you're driving strategy, managing risk, building brands, supporting our people, or keeping our business running smoothly, your work helps create the conditions for great food and exceptional service.

You may not be on the frontline. But your influence will be felt in every dish served, every contract won and every guest experience we create.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Healthcare team, supporting marketing activity across our care, hospitals, retirement living and extra care services.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll deliver campaigns, content and communications that build brand awareness, engage with clients and support new business and contract retention.

This is a field-based role, with regular travel across the UK to visit healthcare sites. There will also be occasional team meetings at our offices, primarily in Macclesfield and sometimes London, as well as close collaboration with our Design team based in Macclesfield.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Field Based

Salary: £40,000

Job ID: 8051

What you’ll be serving up…
  • Supporting the Healthcare marketing strategy and delivering engaging multi-channel campaigns.
  • Creating content across websites, social media, email, case studies, presentations and marketing materials.

  • Coordinating marketing activity for events, conferences, client meetings and tenders.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve activity.
  • Overseeing external agencies and suppliers, alongside marketing plans, content calendars and budgets.
  • Keeping up to date with healthcare trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
The ingredients you'll bring...
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within Healthcare, care, hospitals, foodservice, hospitality, B2B or a regulated sector.
  • Experience across marketing, content, communications, brand and campaign delivery.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth and customer engagement.
  • A proactive, creative and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the sensitivities involved in healthcare and care marketing.
  • Knowledge of CQC, GDPR or healthcare advertising standards would be advantageous.

Digital marketing and content creation experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential, we’ll support you to develop these skills.
