The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, initiative, communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders and keeping the London office running smoothly.

Supports client retention, contract renewals, extensions, and relationship growth across Elior’s Business & Industry division. Coordinates renewal milestones, develops tailored proposals with operational teams, monitors contract lifecycles in CRM systems, and supports client presentations, reviews, and re-bid activity. Builds relationships through regular client and site-team communication, tracks action plans, addresses feedback, and reports on retention performance and opportunities. The role is London-based with regular travel to client sites across London and the wider UK.

The Marketing Manager will support healthcare marketing strategy through multi-channel campaigns, content creation, communications, events, tenders, and client engagement. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, bid, culinary, and operations teams; monitoring campaign performance; managing agencies, suppliers, budgets, and content calendars; and tracking healthcare trends. The role is field-based with regular UK travel and requires strong marketing, communication, organization, commercial, and project management skills.
