What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the Pebl EMEA team, reporting directly into the Principal Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

Based in London, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing our go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region- with a particular focus on driving growth in French and German-speaking markets. You'll work across events, campaigns, and regional initiatives, balancing day-to-day execution with a clear understanding of broader business priorities.

French or German language skills are strongly preferred, as you'll be supporting localisation and regional engagement efforts in these markets.

How You'll Make An Impact:

GTM Strategy & Regional Campaigns

  • Support the development and localisation of go-to-market strategies for the French and German markets, adapting messaging, content, and campaigns to local audiences.

  • Execute integrated regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting awareness, consideration, and conversion goals.

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on EMEA-wide initiatives — ensuring regional nuance and relevance are reflected as well as our partnerships team for partner-led campaigns.

  • Contribute to demand generation and pipeline growth by aligning field activities with broader marketing and sales objectives.

  • Stay close to regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and campaign direction.

Events & Field Marketing

  • Plan and deliver a regional events calendar that spans conferences, expos, virtual summits, hosted dinners, VIP roundtables, and smaller closing events — ensuring strong alignment with sales pipeline and buying cycles.

  • Lead end-to-end event execution: from logistics and vendor management to budget tracking and post-event reporting.

  • Develop compelling pre-event promotional campaigns across email, social, and paid channels to drive registration and engagement.

  • Test and iterate on innovative event formats — hybrid, interactive, and digital — to continuously improve prospect and customer experience.

  • Analyse event performance data (attendance, lead quality, pipeline influence) and feed insights back into future planning.

  • Partner closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline tracking post-event.

Let's Connect If You Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong demonstrable experience in events and field marketing.

  • Fluency or strong proficiency in French or German (strongly preferred).

  • A track record of delivering high-quality events and campaigns in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

  • Experience supporting or contributing to GTM strategy — you understand how marketing activity connects to revenue.

  • Strong project management skills: you can handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned without losing momentum.

  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable using event metrics and campaign data to evaluate performance and optimise future activity.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and external partners.

  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Zoom Webinars), marketing tools (e.g., Inflection, Salesforce, Looker, Canva), project management tools (eg. Asana, Slack).

  • A self-starter mentality — someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and brings creative energy to every brief.

  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required — particularly for events, market visits, and key partner or customer meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EOR, HR tech, workforce management, or a related SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with the HR and Finance buyer landscape in France, Germany, or broader EMEA markets.

  • Experience working with external agencies (creative, PR, events, or media) to deliver campaigns and activations.
