- Executing regional go-to-market plans with EMEA Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline and growth
- Localising global campaigns and content for EMEA markets, industries and personas
- Running targeted field programmes and integrated campaigns against regional sales objectives
- Coordinating Sales-Marketing alignment and communications
- Analysing campaign/event performance (pipeline, ROI, attendance) and report results
- Project and event management of the full EMEA events calendar: conferences, executive briefings, industry events, and third-party sponsorships
- Delivering iManage-hosted events (registrations, logistics, branding, on-site delivery)
- Executing publisher partnerships, securing topics, panels, and promotional assets
- Supporting flagship events (ConnectLive, Winter Briefing) and regional sales-led events
- Vendor management and execution against merchandise strategy across events
- Working flexible hours—early starts, evenings and weekends as needed for event delivery
- Creating monthly sales-ready updates and asset newsletters
- Using AI tools for fast post-event follow-up summaries
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Demand Generation, MarOps, Channel, and Communications teams
- Owning budget management (Coupa), purchase requisitions, and spend tracking
- Working fluently across Salesforce, Asana/Smartsheet, event platforms, and emerging AI tools
- Providing weekly activity summaries and blockers to the Field Marketing Leader
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail on contracts, registrations, and logistics

- Proven broad field marketing experience: campaigns, ABM, demand generation, regional programmes (B2B SaaS or legal/professional services tech preferred)
- Demonstrated success delivering varied events: conferences, C-level briefings, sponsored events, webinars
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
- Confident, self-directed use of marketing/sales systems (Salesforce, project management, event tools) and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- A track record partnering with Sales to build pipeline and influence senior stakeholders
- The flexibility to work outside core hours and across global time zones
- Deep event project management expertise: scoping, budgeting, vendor negotiation, contracts, risk management, post-event analysis
- Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness; ability to work independently and think on your feet
