Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Marketing Manager to support strategic marketing initiatives across the UK and Ireland. This role will play a key part in driving Local Eminence, Talent Brand, Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local market priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen employer branding, and enhance the organization's reputation through measurable, business-focused initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing programmes supporting Inclusion and Diversity, Local Eminence, Talent Brand, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Lead integrated UK marketing campaigns across events, campaign management, branding, local marketing, social media, internal communications, public relations, and client relationship marketing.
  • Align local marketing priorities with global Talent Brand and Inclusion and Diversity strategies to meet UK and Ireland business requirements.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Recruitment, Corporate Citizenship teams, Inclusion and Diversity sponsors, charity partners, and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated programmes.
  • Create and activate 360-degree marketing campaigns using paid media, earned media, and organic social media channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver flagship events, including International Women's Day initiatives and corporate hospitality programmes.
  • Support collaborations, partnerships, talent programmes, and legal reporting activities related to Inclusion and Diversity.
  • Ensure Employer Value Proposition, brand values, and key messaging are consistently reflected across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Tailor global marketing programmes to address local UK and Ireland market needs while maintaining strategic alignment.
  • Manage programme measurement, performance reporting, procurement activities, contracts, budget updates, and campaign administration.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data and insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate across multiple marketing functions to deliver cohesive, integrated marketing initiatives and strengthen local reputation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering integrated B2B marketing programmes that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Experience supporting Inclusion and Diversity, Talent Brand, Corporate Social Responsibility, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including events, campaign management, branding, local marketing, social media, public relations, internal communications, and client relationship marketing.
  • Experience aligning local marketing initiatives with global marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and programme coordination capabilities.
  • Experience using marketing data and insights to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Knowledge of the technology, consulting, or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience utilizing modern marketing communications platforms and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Passion for Inclusion and Diversity and creating inclusive marketing programmes.
