GSMA Industry Services team is ambitious and fast-moving. We have substantially increased our customer base over the last 24 months as well as expanded our service offerings. In the last 12 months we have launched a partnership program, aimed at developing new commercial partnerships with existing businesses, to serve the wider ecosystem. About the Team

We are a fast-growing part of the GSMA, serving over 1,800 customers across the world.  Through a small and dynamic team, we provide a variety of valuable data, resources and tools that improve and support global connectivity by underpinning important interoperable backend functions. 

Our services address global technical needs around three core topics: Devices, Networks and Assurance.  This role will support the development of our partnership program, aimed at delivering new products in all three areas.

About the role

The Marketing Manager role is a key position in an exciting growth area for GSMA Industry Services.  As the GSMA Services team continues to grow its proposition with new products, we look forward to welcoming a marketing professional to help support NPDs, and drive awareness, demonstrate value, and ultimately deliver a robust sales lead pipeline into the Services partnerships team. 

The successful applicant will help to drive a measurable and significant increase in GSMA’s revenue, working across multiple marketing disciplines, with focus on new product development. We offer a combination of subscription and usage-based services and this individual will be involved in the delivery of automated lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Build and execute launch campaigns for new partnerships
•    Execute lead-generation campaigns including database-focused marketing, website, social and email marketing;
•    Support relevant sales and retention-related activities including physical & virtual events, summits, seminars, and networking events;
•    Work cross-functionally with other GSMA departments to ensure content development & reuse for sales-related activities including case studies, blogs and testimonials
•    Create partnership communications to help on-board, cross-sell and notify Mobile Operators about the partnerships customer test group
•    Support other marketing team members and product directors through activities including email communications and digital asset creation

About You

•    You have B2B digital marketing experience
•    You have a record of successfully managing BAU or lead gen B2B marketing programmes
•    You have experience of a broad range of marketing tactics including Google Analytics, social, SEO, email marketing, banner advertising, and marketing automation tools.
•    You are analytical and objective-focused, capable of measuring and reporting marketing results to prove the ROI of marketing to the business.
•    You can plan implement, evaluate, and continually review marketing activity to ensure effective campaigns.
•    Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
•    Experience in launching new products and services preferred
