Lead identification, prioritisation and structured engagement of stakeholders across operators, partners and enterprises to capture requirements, build alignment, support senior conversations, and translate feedback into actionable technology, commercial and regulatory insight for GSMA Fusion.

Lead delivery of complex telecoms research and consulting engagements: track industry and regulatory developments, design methodologies, produce reports, data models and forecasts, run client briefings and public presentations, and grow client relationships and commercial opportunities.

Duties include survey and interview design, analysing workforce and skills data, developing skills taxonomies, synthesising insights for senior stakeholders, producing board-level outputs and facilitating workshops to quantify skills gaps and recommend capability investments.

Serve as a senior technology partner to executive leadership, shaping and prioritising IT demand, business cases, budgets and delivery across enterprise initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor selection, risk management and portfolio governance while mentoring other business partners and influencing GSMA's digital and platform strategy.

Coordinate Technology Communities by organising meetings, managing agendas, notes and document repositories, supporting reporting and dashboards, assisting directors and marketing, and helping deliver GSMA events and ad-hoc projects.

Manage GSMA's employee expense, corporate card and business travel processes. Handle inbox queries, compliance reviews, reconciliations, multi-currency payments, month-end journals, card administration, reporting, training, and continuous process improvements while partnering with AP, HR, Travel and Compliance.

Manage a portfolio of GSMA Intelligence subscription customers to ensure renewals and retention. Run renewal journeys end-to-end, perform value reviews, prepare proposals, handle pricing and procurement, forecast accurately, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with analysts and product specialists to drive customer adoption and commercial outcomes.

Coordinate end-to-end creative workflows for the Brand & Creative team using Asana. Triage briefs, assign tasks, manage schedules and resources, identify risks, liaise with suppliers and freelancers, run production/status meetings, track POs/invoices, develop AI-enabled automations, and ensure final assets are distributed and filed correctly.

Lead planning and delivery of the Spectrum portfolio supporting WRC-27 and CPM27-2. Manage events (stands, receptions, seminars), resource, budget and risk planning, stakeholder coordination, procurement and contract management, capture/report results, and advise senior stakeholders to achieve strategic campaign outcomes.

Lead post-award grant financial management and compliance across the grant lifecycle. Manage and coach the Post-Award team, ensure donor compliance (high-risk donors like FCDO, SIDA, EU, GIZ, US Government), approve donor reports, oversee Workday grant configuration, prepare for audits, align subgrant financials, and drive process improvements, templates, dashboards and automation to deliver accurate, timely donor reporting.

Short-term (4-6 month) research placement working with GSMA's 6G Task Force to analyse 3GPP SA1 6G use cases, ISAC across UE/RAN/Core, and AI workstreams (agentic AI, multi-agent systems, AI communication). Produce technical analyses, white papers and standards contributions that inform GSMA strategy and 3GPP engagement while building industry stakeholder relationships.

Conduct structured research and analysis to develop sector and corporate strategy, build business cases and KPIs, support executive decision-making, and synthesise insights into clear recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally, facilitate workshops, and translate ambiguous challenges into analytical frameworks and scenarios to inform GSMA’s 3-year roadmap and industry foresight.
