Collaborate cross-functionally, facilitate workshops, and translate ambiguous challenges into analytical frameworks and scenarios to inform GSMA’s 3-year roadmap and industry foresight.

Build, operate and improve the T‑ISAC platform for telecom threat intelligence sharing. Design scalable, secure data workflows and integrations, lead reliability and incident response, define platform roadmap, ensure compliance, and collaborate with analysts, vendors and industry partners to drive platform adoption and intelligence exchange.

Serve as the primary IT liaison for designated business areas, shaping demand, developing business cases, defining scope and success measures, managing timelines, budgets, risks and suppliers, and ensuring delivery of cloud, digital and data-driven solutions that realise business value.
