Defines research methodologies, analyzes technical and commercial architectures, produces reports and thought leadership, advises innovators, supports Innovation Fund grantees, and engages donors, operators, startups, governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations. Translates technical findings into actionable investment, partnership, and capability-building recommendations.

Acts as the primary technology interface for assigned business areas, shaping IT demand, business cases, scope, success measures, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Partners with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver cloud, enterprise application, digital, and data-enabled solutions. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, influences decisions, supports transformation, and tracks technology investment value and benefits.

Develops strategic insights and recommendations across industry foresight and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include analyzing telecom and technology trends, assessing markets and competitors, supporting strategic roadmaps and business cases, building scenarios and KPIs, and preparing executive and Board materials. The role structures ambiguous problems, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and translates quantitative and qualitative analysis into evidence-based decisions.
