Leads GSMA’s three-year corporate strategy and strategic roadmap, translating Board priorities, industry trends, organizational capabilities, and financial performance into measurable priorities. Runs the Strategy and Business Planning Cycle, aligning strategic planning with budgeting, operating plans, KPIs, and performance tracking. Engages executives and the Board through strategic analysis, papers, workshops, and decision support while coordinating cross-functional and regional execution, transformation initiatives, and organizational alignment.

Lead portfolio insights, business and market intelligence, and knowledge management for the GSMA Innovation Fund. The role synthesizes quantitative and qualitative evidence from grantees and external sources, produces dashboards, briefings, research, case studies, and thought leadership, and establishes reliable knowledge architectures, data standards, and information-governance practices. The position also supports donor responses, stakeholder decision-making, team capability building, and supplier coordination across international development and technology-enabled innovation portfolios.

Supports global mobile spectrum policy through regulatory analysis, consultation responses, advocacy materials, stakeholder engagement, regional coordination, events, workshops, and external representation. Translates complex technical and regulatory issues into accessible insights and communications for operators, governments, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Builds relationships across multicultural teams and contributes to aligned policy priorities in a fast-moving international environment.
