About the role

As Marketing Manager for Lipsy, you will lead the day-to-day execution of brand and campaign activity, ensuring our storytelling, content, and influencer strategies are aligned, dynamic, and distinctly on-brand. With a strong social-first mindset, you will bring energy and creative vision to every touchpoint from campaign planning to content production helping to bring our brand to life in a fresh and engaging way.

 

Role Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and influencer channels.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining the voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Support and optimise both paid and organic social media performance, understanding the key drivers of engagement and results.
  • Brief and direct social shoots, managing the process from initial briefing through to on-set direction.
  • Bring product stories to life through engaging, audience-first social content.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and social trends, identifying relevant creators, moments, and content opportunities.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and support two direct reports: the Marketing & Social Media Executive and the Content Creator.
  • Collaborate closely with PR, ecommerce, creative, buying, and design teams to ensure total brand consistency.
  • Evolve the influencer strategy by cultivating relationships with new talent and ensuring meaningful partnerships.
  • Report on campaign performance using a balance of creative insight and data analysis to provide recommendations for future improvement.

 

Your Talent
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing or brand role, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or retail sectors.
  • A strong passion for content, culture, and storytelling with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to brief and direct content creation specifically across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • A keen trend-spotter with a sharp eye for new influencers, platforms, and visual directions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a clear understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Confident using performance insights to guide content and strategy decisions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with cross-functional teams.
