CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic, energetic Marketing Manager to support marketing planning and execution across the European Corporate business, with a primary focus on German-speaking markets. This role will work across all routes to market and partner closely with Sales, Channel, Alliance, Business Development, and Marketing teams to drive awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing integrated marketing programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the buying journey while supporting regional sales priorities and pipeline objectives. The successful candidate will help develop and execute marketing plans that align with corporate, sales, and marketing priorities and contribute directly to business growth across the region.

What You'll Do:Develop and execute quarterly and annual regional go-to-market marketing plans aligned to pipeline creation, revenue growth, retention, cross-sell, and net-new logo acquisition goals across the European Corporate segment.
Work closely with the European Corporate sales team to identify market opportunities, support strategic priorities, and drive pipeline growth.
Execute integrated multi-channel marketing programs including executive events, third-party sponsorships, webinars, roadshows, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
Support end-to-end delivery of in-person and virtual marketing activities, including venue sourcing, audience targeting, communications, logistics, onsite support, lead management, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to maximise program effectiveness and market impact.
Manage marketing project plans, timelines, vendors, budgets, reporting, and campaign execution to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Deliver regular marketing communications to sales teams, maintain regional marketing calendars, and support internal awareness of upcoming campaigns and activities.
Execute digital demand generation activities including webinars, nurture programs, virtual events, email campaigns, and integrated lead generation initiatives.
Support account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales teams to engage target accounts and accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximise program success.
Take initiative in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional execution.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.
Experience executing demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Fluency in both English and German is required.
Experience supporting sales teams and partner organisations within the technology or cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Experience working with third-party event providers, agencies, conference organisers, demand generation partners, and external vendors.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for measuring results, uncovering trends, and optimising marketing performance.
Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, marketing automation platforms, or similar reporting tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Willingness to travel across Europe to support key events, customer engagements, and sales initiatives.
