Here's a closer look at this key role:
Plan and execute integrated, multi-touch field marketing programs to drive net-new, expansion, and partner pipeline across EMEA.
Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing plans to territory priorities and revenue targets.
Own execution of in-person and virtual events (tradeshows, field events, webinars, roundtables) from concept to ROI analysis.
Drive campaign follow-up and sales enablement to maximise lead conversion and pipeline progression.
Act as supporting EMEA marketing lead and advocate, ensuring regional needs are represented in global campaigns and strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, BDRs, customer success, partners, and global marketing teams.
Own and execute co-marketing programs in collaboration with our partners (VARs / GSIs) and partner managers that drive measurable pipeline.
Localise global messaging, campaigns, and content to ensure relevance across key EMEA markets (incl. France).
Build and execute partner and customer marketing programs to expand reach and accelerate pipeline.
Track, measure, and report on program performance, using insights to optimise investment and impact.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in field or demand generation roles.
- Proven success driving pipeline growth across multi-country EMEA regions.
- Strong understanding of IT, SaaS, and target audiences (e.g. ITOps, DevOps, MSPs).
- Experience executing events, digital campaigns, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketo), Asana a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, Salesforce, Slack, Splash Event Registration and Canva.
- Strong alignment with sales teams and understanding of pipeline management and follow-up.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and optimise marketing ROI.
- Strong communication skills with ability to localise messaging for regional audiences.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
