Lead pre-sales technical evaluations for LogicMonitor's Edwin AI: run discovery, demos, and proof-of-value; configure use cases, prompts, dashboards; train sales and customer-facing teams; translate customer challenges into Edwin AI solutions; document requirements and outcomes in Salesforce; drive successful evaluations and resolve technical obstacles.

Lead and scale a Customer Success team to drive retention, adoption, renewal readiness, expansion, and customer value. Own operating cadence, success planning, risk governance, cross-functional alignment, playbooks, and executive engagement to improve customer health and commercial outcomes.

Customer-facing engineering role building and deploying AI-powered observability solutions. Design, implement, and support integrations, backend services, telemetry pipelines, and full-stack artifacts using Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Drive production rollouts, troubleshooting, and codify repeatable templates and playbooks to improve adoption and product feedback.

Lead complex Professional Services engagements delivering advanced LogicMonitor integrations and automations. Design, code, test, and deploy custom solutions using APIs and cloud services, troubleshoot issues, drive product improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support.

Use AI-driven insights to identify and qualify high-value prospects across Benelux and Nordics, execute targeted outbound campaigns, engage and follow-up with personalized outreach, collaborate with sales and marketing, and report on pipeline and performance.
