Leads complex, large-scale Professional Services implementation projects from planning through completion. Manages scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary customer and internal contact, translates technical requirements into project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports executive reporting, mentors colleagues, and drives process improvements and internal initiatives.

Lead end-to-end LogicMonitor implementations for new and existing customers. Conduct discovery, design, and deployment sessions; optimize configurations; automate tasks using APIs and scripting; develop custom integrations; and promote customer adoption. Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Development, and Sales teams. Provide subject-matter expertise, technical feedback, and occasional monitoring engineering support. Travel 10–20%.

Manage enterprise customer success across onboarding, training, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Build relationships, coach customers toward business goals, develop success plans, communicate platform value, and serve as the escalation point. Collaborate with account owners, executives, and cross-functional teams to maximize LogicMonitor value and ensure customer outcomes. Travel 1–2 times per quarter.

Leads LogicMonitor’s UKI sales organization, building and scaling an Account Executive team focused on new customer acquisition, land-and-expand growth, and quota attainment. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, sales performance management, pipeline development, cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, enterprise SaaS selling, customer presentations, competitive intelligence, field activities, and regional brand representation.

Drive ARR growth and strategic expansion with MSP partners by owning the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, enablement, onboarding, and long-term account development. Build pipeline, develop executive relationships, drive partner adoption, and achieve quota using consultative selling and sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).

Customer-facing engineering role building and deploying AI-powered observability solutions. Design, implement, and support integrations, backend services, telemetry pipelines, and full-stack artifacts using Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Drive production rollouts, troubleshooting, and codify repeatable templates and playbooks to improve adoption and product feedback.

Lead complex Professional Services engagements delivering advanced LogicMonitor integrations and automations. Design, code, test, and deploy custom solutions using APIs and cloud services, troubleshoot issues, drive product improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support.

Sell LogicMonitor's hybrid observability SaaS to public sector customers by building executive relationships, uncovering needs, managing sales cycles, closing new business, expanding accounts, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records to exceed revenue targets.

Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise customers, design advanced integrations across observability and ITSM platforms, own architecture for event ingestion, alert correlation, incident/ticket workflows, and mentor delivery teams to reduce risk and accelerate time-to-value.
