This role will manage Sales Development Reps and offer support to ensure our Account Executives have enough opportunities to meet or exceed their sales targets. The position will help those members of the team ramp efficiently, strategise the best way to target accounts and develop new opportunities for our corporate and enterprise sales teams. The Manager will serve to help the teams generate qualified leads, grow the sales pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue
The main duties of the manager will be to coach and conduct bootcamp trainings, build collateral or enablement documentation for SDRs, and other departmental activities that improve the SDR ramp (call coaching, Outreach analysis etc).
With their experience, the manager will have an intimate knowledge of challenges this team commonly faces on a daily basis and thus, will provide SDRs with best practices to overcome those challenges. Overall, they will serve as a critical role in helping the BDR Manager of their territory in ramping the SDR team, keeping our tools and resources updated, and leading by example supporting their specific Sales region.

- Responsible for the development ramping reps, including coaching, training, and other departmental activities.
- Hiring of new reps
- Leads the team to exceed their respective month, quarter, and annual targets
- 60% SQO conversion rate
- 90% quota attainment
- Meet with each team member and cover the following
- Target accounts for the week - hooks, tailored messaging, contacts mappedActivity KPI performance
- Meetings set opportunity notes
- SQO conversion
- Coaching points
- Coach team on prospecting, qualification and attended meeting generation
- Gong.io call coaching
- Weekly email edits
- Outreach reporting analysis
- Run daily rapid fires activities
- Review/edit Outreach sequences
- 25% minimum open rate
- 5% minimum reply rate
- SFDC sanitation
- Stage 0 to Stage 1 opportunities
- SDRs adhere to account limit
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years experience of being high performing SDR or BDR
- Preferred- fluent verbally and written in German, French or Dutch
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring SDRs to achieve against monthly & quarterly targets
- 2+ years outbound SDR/BDR experience with proven track record of success in an individual contributor role
- Enterprise SaaS software knowledge
- A strong technical aptitude
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
- Manage a lead to meeting conversion quota on a monthly basis
- Manage all activities in a CRM tool
- Comfortable with leadership role and being an example to the BDR organisation
- The ability to articulate your accomplishments and future plans during internal team meeting
