Role Description
The Marketing Manager for Kardex Autostore is responsible for driving inbound campaigns for B2B audience and represents a strong understanding of the dynamics of multiple marketing channels, and their impact on awareness, engagement, conversion, and demand generation. Successful candidate will have a strong background in creating and promoting compelling content to address each stage of the buyer’s journey in digital channels, have experience in production of customer stories, video case studies, white papers as well as in orchestrating online and offline events and exhibitions.
In this position, the ideal candidate will execute local online and offline initiatives and drive lead generation for the AutoStore business, while partnering closely with regional marketing and sales managers.
The Marketing Manager should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions including compelling content assets copy (including white papers, video case studies, factsheets, press releases) as well as balancing multiple projects in marketing-mix structure with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality.

Your tasks

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Online & Offline Events: Executing marketing mix both on- & offline including social media (Linkedin), email marketing, intralogistics literature and customer relations in line with our brand and corporate guidelines. Orchestrating customer and industry events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement.
  • Content Development: Creating and promoting compelling regional AutoStore content for our key target audience across EMEA region on digital media to address each stage of the buyer’s journey. Producing local customer stories for local on- & offline media. Repurpose top-performing content into micro content assets to engage our target audience. Crafting “snackable” content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Inbound Marketing: Apply a strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, comprehending the dynamics of multiple marketing channels, and their impact on awareness, engagement, conversion, and overall demand generation.
  • Lead generation: Regional lead qualification and nurturing for the AutoStore business. Follow up on leads until handover to sales. 
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex information within a diverse team. Close collaboration with sales and marketing team across AutoStore organisation in Europe and Central MarCom Team leveraging their expertise and fostering innovative thinking to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meeting deadlines without compromising quality and maintaining a positive outlook throughout

Your profile

  • B.A. degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Proficiency both in Dutch and English spoken and written
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Material handlings industry knowledge would be a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of the Top of the funnel, middle and bottom of the funnel campaign structure.
  • Proven experience with building strong leads pipeline in online channels in B2B industry.
  • Familiar with content creation and promotion including video production, storytelling and cooperation with PR agencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environment (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel), extended knowledge of Hubspot & Salesforce would be an additional asset
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; must be a strong collaborator and team player across diversified global MarCom team
  • Passionate and driven marketing practitioner who feels comfortable with becoming part of a larger global and regional team, as well as someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and wants to make a difference.
